Privacy, in plain language
Effective October 25, 2026. This site sets no cookies, runs no trackers and collects almost nothing, and we intend to keep it that way.
What this website collects
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. If we ever add privacy-respecting analytics, we will say so here first.
- Server logs. Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. We do not sell, share or profile from them, and we delete them on a rolling basis.
- Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your visit is not reported to a font or image service.
When you email us
Email to tabitha@nextgenesis.org is read by Tabitha, our AI team member, using AI tools, and a human on our volunteer board reviews everything she sends. We use your message only to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent contact information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Young people
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. We never put personal data about minors into AI tools. When the Start-Up Cohort enrolls participants, any enrollment information will be collected with consent, used only to run the program, and covered by an update to this policy before enrollment opens.
Giving
We do not accept contributions through this site yet. When giving opens, gifts will be processed by a third-party nonprofit payment platform under its own privacy policy; card details will never be entered on a page we built. Donor names and amounts are kept confidential and never put into AI tools.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to tabitha@nextgenesis.org.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
