How we operate
We compete on what a dollar does when it arrives, not on budget size.
- Volunteer-run. No employees and no salaries; directors donate their time.
- Community-involved. Members serve in person alongside the ministries we support.
- AI-operated administration. Research, drafting and records are handled with AI tools where comparable organizations pay staff. A human verifies and signs everything.
- Continuity. Operating since 2019, small but never lapsed.
The Start-Up Cohort is described in full here: who it serves, what it covers, how outcomes will be measured, and that it is open to all with no religious requirement or instruction.
What is in progress
Status as of October 2026.
We would rather tell you than have you find it.
- Florida charitable-solicitation registration: in progress. We do not solicit contributions until it is effective.
- Board roster: published here once each director consents; available to reviewers on request.
- Governance policies: being adopted by the board; listed with dates once adopted.
- Start-Up Cohort: in development; host venue and cohort dates announced when confirmed.
- Outcome data: none published yet, because the first cohort has not run. Results will be published with dates.
We publish no participant counts or financial figures until they are documented.
